Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery can be expected within 2–7 working days of placing an order.
- You agree and confirm that, in the event any product delivery is delayed or is returned from its destination on account of a mistake by you (e.g. Providing the wrong name or address or other incorrect/misleading information), any additional costs incurred by the Company for redelivery of the product(s) shall be borne by you.
- Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 14 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of money paid.
- Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
- Payment for each order will be taken from your credit, debit card or bank account. All payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer or bank.
- Pre-order organic Vegetables/Fruits/ Greens for Wednesday and Saturday every week. Pre-Order window opens every Monday and Thursday at 5pm and closes by next day 2pm correspondingly.
- Order confirmation shall be sent to your provided email id at the time of placing the order.
- Delivery for pre-ordered vegetables shall be processed on every Wednesday and Saturday by 5pm.
- Customers shall club the groceries as well along with the vegetables pre-order and the same shall be delivered altogether.
- Payment:Cash on Delivery will be enabled only during pre-order window ( from every Monday 5pm to Next day 2pm & Thursday 5pm to next day 2pm correspondingly). Customers shall pay online after delivery to the UPI number provided in the invoice.
- Final invoice value for the vegetables may tend to differ slightly from the order value since there may be slight differences in the weight/price of the vegetables on the delivery day from the actual order.
- Cancellation:For cancellations of orders placed, please mail us to support@ayull.com or WhatsApp to +917010822990 with order details within 12hours of placing the order.
- The product incase has to be returned, return shipping has to be initiated to us within 24 hours of your receipt of goods. Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us from the original order value on receipt of the returned goods, provided they are in their original packaging, have not been opened or used and any seals on the product remain unbroken This could take up to 30 days although it will be acted upon immediately.
