Pre-Order Terms


Pre-Order Terms for ORGANIC VEGETABLES/FRUITS/GREENS

Pre-order for Organic Vegetables/ Fruits/ Greens for Wednesday and Saturday every week, the pre-order window for Wednesdays will be open till Tuesdays 2pm and for Saturdays the window will be open till Fridays 2pm respectively.

Order confirmation with the sales order details shall be sent to your provided email id at the time of placing the order.

Delivery of pre-ordered vegetables shall be processed on every Wednesday and Saturday by the evening.

Customers shall club the groceries as well along with the vegetables, pre-order and the same shall be delivered altogether. 

Note: Vegetables orders shall be accepted and confirmed by us only when the area Pincode provided by the customer at the time of placing the order falls under our service area coverage.

The same may be rejected from our end without any communication, subject to not fulfilling the above said condition.

Payment Modes:

Store Pickup: Customers those who have selected Store pick up option at the time of order, shall pickup their orders from the store and pay as Cash/Electronic transfers at the time of receipt of orders. 

CASH ON DELIVERYCustomers who have selected CASH ON DELIVERY, Cash is not accepted*. Customers are requested to pay the final invoice value only by ONLINE MODES after receipt of the order at their convenience, for the UPI number/ Id provided in the invoice/scan the QR Code provided in the invoice. This is because we use third party delivery services as well.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD: Those who are willing to pay by debit/credit cards for the vegetables, shall request us on WhatsApp to bring along the card machine to pay the final invoice value. Subject to the distance and delivery area coverage, the same may/may not be fulfilled by us (since we use third party delivery services as well).

SODEXO: Customers willing to pay by Sodexo meal pass, shall pay the final invoice amount by the Zeta app to the store id provided on the payment page on Sodexo payment mode.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The final invoice value of the vegetables may tend to differ slightly from the order value since there may be slight differences  in the weight/price of the vegetables on the delivery day of the actual order.

Orders shall be fulfilled based on the final availability of the products. In case of prepaid orders that is not fulfilled by us, the paid amount shall be refunded to the customer by original payment method.

Since these are Organic and Fresh, there may be no pleasing colors and shine.

Cancellation:

For cancellations of orders placed, please mail us to support@ayull.com or WhatsApp to +917010822990 with order details within 12 hours of placing the order.

Return & Refund:

Un-ripened fruits/smaller sized are one of the natures of them, hence may not be taken back.

In case of wrong items delivered or shortage of products from the actual order or too much of a difference in value of the actual order, it may be replaced with the Correct quantity or Item and the difference amount shall be 1.Extra amount to be paid by us, shall be requested from the customer 2. Refunded in case of extra amount paid by the customer.

In case of dissatisfaction with the purchased vegetables/fruits/greens, refund / replacement shall be solely decided by the company itself and not the customer.
